Crystal Lake Golf Course Photos

We played Crystal Lake Golf Course on a Saturday in July. Although the course was busy, tee times were well managed and pace of play was on target. The club house may not be as fancy as other, but everyone was so friendly, the food and drinks were great and the course is well maintained. Exactly what you would expect from a golf course in Northern Michigan.

The course is in Beulah and overlooks Crystal Lake. There are wide fairways and rolling terrain that for some may be challenging. I definitely struggled a bit, but still ended with a par on the 18th.  The greens were in good shape but also have some twists. There was one hole where I hit it perfectly out of the sand, landed next to the pin and then proceeded to roll down the other side into a pond.
